Shad Canada

At Shad, students participate in hands-on STEAM learning, collaborate in design teams, explore post-secondary institutions, engage with academic and entrepreneurial mentors, experience vulnerability training, and meet some of the most passionate dreamers in Gen Z.

Partnered with 21 carefully selected Canadian universities to deliver the Shad program. participants can spend the summer with a view of the mountains at UBC, along the Atlantic coast at Memorial University of Newfoundland or in the heart of the Canadian prairies at the University of Saskatchewan or anywhere in between. A big part of Shad’s transformative experience is living outside of your comfort zone.  Our goal is that students are not placed at the university closest to where they live.
