    An investment in Stratford Hall is an investment in our students. The Annual Fund empowers our teachers with the tools and extra resources needed to prepare your child to be an effective contributor to society and even tomorrow’s leaders. As the school progresses to offer added opportunities for students, we must count on the Annual Fund to keep tuition affordable while maintaining a high quality educational program. The Annual Fund is an unrestricted resource that can be allocated for program enhancements, professional development, and addressing the school's highest priorities.

    You can help provide this crucial support by making a tax-deductible contribution to the Annual Fund. Not only will your gift help to sustain the school’s programs, it will also send a powerful message to our children that anything is possible.

    Our goal is to achieve 100% Board, faculty and staff, and parent participation. Please join us in making a donation. Your contribution, at any level, is significant.

    Please also check to see if your employer offers a Matching Gifts Program - and double your donation dollars.

The deadline for charitable donations to count towards the 2024 tax year has been extended by the Government of Canada to Friday, February 28, 2025.

Every donor, whether your gift is $10 or $10,000, impacts the story of every student at Stratford Hall. On their behalf, we thank you in advance for your generosity.

To show our thanks for gifts of more than $500, members of the Donor Circles are publicly acknowledged in both our print and digital media, as well as in the Annual Report to the Community.

Each year, members of the Stratford Hall community who give $1,500 or more (Sabres Circle) to the Annual Fund are invited to attend our Donor Recognition Evening in May.

To ensure we understand your wishes to publicly or privately celebrate your gift, please indicate your preference on the donation form.
