Myriam Dumont
Myriam Dumont is a parent of two students at Stratford Hall, in the Primary Years and Middle Years Programmes. Born and raised in Vancouver, she is currently a teacher-librarian for the North Vancouver School District. Myriam’s work is deeply focused on equity and justice issues, and she has extensive experience in writing policy, developing curriculum, and training staff during her time with the Vancouver School Board.
Before joining the board, Myriam served as president of the Stratford Hall Parent Association (SHPA). She is now an active member of the board, serving on the Governance and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Committee, and looks forward to contributing as a new board member.
