Did you know that 1 in 5 first-year students receive a scholarship? Whether you're a scholastic achiever, community leader, or well-rounded student, the University of Alberta awards over $34 million each year in undergraduate scholarships, awards, and financial support to all kinds of students.

Here are some examples of U of A entrance scholarships:

NATIONAL ACHIEVEMENT SCHOLARSHIP
The top incoming out-of-province Canadian students will receive $30,000, payable over four years.

ENTRANCE LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP
Well-rounded students with admission averages of 80%+ will be assessed for scholarships to recognize their accomplishments through leadership roles.

ENRICHED SCHOLAR SCHOLARSHIP
Top AP and IB students may receive up to $5,000 to recognize their achievements in an academically rigorous program.
