Hazel Chee

Hazel has been a part of the Stratford Hall community for the past six years. She is a motivated and approachable leader with high expectations. Hazel holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and is dedicated to fostering an environment that promotes inclusiveness, belonging, and a sense of responsibility to both oneself and the community. An experienced IB educator, she is passionate about supporting every member of the learning community to achieve student success. Hazel is particularly committed to BIPOC representation in leadership, serving as a role model for students and advocating for teacher recruitment and retention. She believes in inspiring students to pursue personal excellence while becoming impactful citizens. Hazel values the school’s commitment to holistic growth, which allows students to experience joy through engagement and design.At the same time providing consistent support and high expectations.
